To conclude a year 2025 rich in events, Couvent des Jacobins spent a long moment with Antoine Desferret and Marine Buttiens, creators of the podcast "The Wine Maker Show" while traveling to Hong-Kong. Antoine and Marine created this podcast in 2018, and they feature the lives, projects, and universes of people in the winemaking world: domaines, sommeliers, restaurateurs and traders across the world. 

The podcast takes time to understand their histories, their passions and the latest trends in a relaxed and fun atmosphere.  

Couvent was honored to be invited for a sit down. During nearly one hour, we've discussed about this wonderful historical village of Saint-Emilion, the history of Couvent des Jacobins, our winemaking philosophy, wine tourism, and all projects we have been working on over the past few years and the ones coming up next.
