Couvent des Jacobins is thrilled to participate to a wine dinner at High House in Singapour on July 30, 2026. Located nearly 200 meters in the sky at Floors 61 and 62 of One Raffles Place, High House flavors bring Pacific flavors to Singapore for what will be a wonderful dining experience looking over the Red Dot.

We will taste vintage 2022 of Menut des Jacobins, followed by vintages 2014, 2015 and 2016 of Couvent des Jacobins, a beautiful vertical of vintages from the domaine that represent our identity and winemaking philosophy. Our pairing will include duck, lamb, beef and the dinner will finish on vintage 1995 of Couvent, a wonderful back-vintage still full of energy and freshness.
