A long period of harvest ; ripe, dense and lively berries ; measured macerations ; a moderate proportion of new oak ; and life and energy in the wines - these are a few of the characteristics of the 2018 vintage at Couvent des Jacobins for the cuvée CALICEM. We will welcome your visit for tasting the 2018 vintage at the domaine, at our oenologist's lab Oenoteam in Libourne, at the Association des Grands Crus Classés de Saint-Émilion, and with Bee Bordeaux, from April 1^st 2019 or with an appointment.
