Pomarède, Couvent's general manager and winemaker, introduced vintage 2006 of Couvent to the students, a vintage with a high proportion of cabernet franc in the blend and which is currently blooming in bottle, and vintage 2014 of le Menut des Jacobins, the second wine of the estate.
