Couvent would not be the same without its team of vignerons. Their efforts, kindness and loyalty have been paramount to help us perpetuate our winemaking history. 

During these uncertain times, their well-being, as well as that of of our visitors and the wider village communities are paramount to what we do. Couvent has therefore temporarily closed its doors to wine amateurs and those who, thanks to their custom and visits, have helped us perpetuate more than six centuries of winemaking at the domaine.
