Couvent des Jacobins was thrilled to welcome French magazine "La Revue du Vin de France" (la RVF) and its readers and amateurs of fine wine, at the estate, on November 7, 2021.

This event was organized with La RVF and is part of the magazine's series of 'Prestige Weekends', during which the magazine welcomes some of its readers to discover great wines and the inner workings of wineries from various French regions.

Couvent welcomed Karine Valentin, journaliste at La RVF, along with a dozen of passionate wine drinkers. After a visit of Couvent and the underground caves, we shared with our visitors a blind vertical of 6 wines and several decades of expression of Couvent terroir, each bottle coming from the private collection of the Jean family. An unusual vertical to discover the identity of Couvent's wines through various growing and winemaking conditions, and the decades-long ageing potential of its wines.
