An Exceptional Couvent Dinner At Michelin-Starred Restaurant JAAN in Singapore
JAAN, one of the most iconic Michelin-starred restaurants in Singapore and tucked at the 69th floor of the Swisshotel, welcomed Couvent des Jacobins for an exceptional dinner combining the highly innovative and delicate cuisine of executive of Executive Chef Kirk Westaway and wines of Couvent des Jacobins. A multi-course dinner that included beetroot selection with burratta cheese, line caught fish with pumpkin, veal sweet bread, truffle sauce, and roasted pigeon, blackberries. These delicate dishes were paired with wines of Couvent des Jacobins, including magnums of vintages 1978 and 1998 flown directly from our private cellar in Saint-Emilion. It was a great pleasure to host this dinner with the team at JAAN and meet with our Singaporean hosts.
