Couvent des Jacobins was honoured to receive favorable tasting notes for its 2019 vintage from French and international wine journalists.

From Neal Martin (VINOUS), who rated vintage 2019 of Couvent (92-94), highlighting «its texture and a 20+ years ageing potential», to Jane Anson (DECANTER) who rated the 2019 vintage 2019 '93', Couvent's latest vintage is the beginning of a new phase at the domaine, following years of structural works at the vineyard, the conversion to organic farming, and a great creativity in the winemaking.

The 2019 vintage will now peacefully age in oaks between 12 and 15 months before a gravity-based bottling around May 2021.
